Solar Heated Pool

We think we have the best pool and surrounds in Merimbula, we may be biased but that's what our guests say too! The best bit about the pool is the expansive sun deck and beautiful surrounds, where you can grab a sun lounge or a lounge, and relax. We also have a pool side bar which operates in the summer months. The pool is solar heated and open from October to May.

BBQ Area

South Seas Motel has two BBQs for guests to use free of charge. The butcher is just across the road, or Merimbula Fresh Seafood is within walking distance. Cooking utensils and cleaning gear is provided. All rooms have cutlery and crockery for your use. If there is something that you need, just ask and we may have it on hand. 

Fire Pit

In the BBQ a fire pit is available for our guest during the cooler months. There is no better way to relax with a beverage in hand while gazing at the flames under the stars.

In Room

All our rooms have a small kitchenette which includes the following items:
- small fridge
- microwave
- kettle and toaster
- basic crockery and cutlery - plates, cups, wine and drinking glasses

Function Room

We have a function room that can be used for gatherings. The room has chairs and tables and is used as a breakfast room when we have large group staying with us. If you have a group staying and want an area to play cards or just to socialise, this area is ideal.

EV Charging

Although we don't offer EV charging at your front door, we are a 1 minute drive to a Tesla Super Charger that are the Sapphire Club. It is so close and accessible and beats the trickle EV chargers, as these chargers will charge your EV in 15minutes. It is easy to get to and you can enjoy a drink while you wait. All EV can connect It's so simple!
